Processing Time: All orders for in-stock physical hardware are processed and dispatched within 2 to 3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or national holidays.

Delivery Timeline: Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 7 to 10 business days for major cities across India. Deliveries to remote areas or during peak holiday seasons may take up to 10 to 20 business days.

Tracking: A shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and logistics partner details will be sent to you as soon as your package leaves our facility.

Shipping charges: For your order will be calculated and displayed clearly at the time of checkout.

Custom Duties: Any customs duties, import taxes, or local clearance fees levied by international borders are the sole responsibility of the customer

3-Day Return/Replacement Window: We offer a 3-day return or replacement policy solely for physical equipment that arrives damaged during transit or possesses a verifiable manufacturing defect.

Conditions for Return: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the exact same condition that you received it, and must be in its original, un-opened packaging with all seals intact.

Process: To initiate a hardware return, please contact us at sales@proaudiofactory.com with your invoice number and video/photographic proof of the defect or damage. Once approved, we will arrange for a pickup or provide shipping instructions.

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or Wallet).

Refund processing typically takes 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on bank and payment gateway processing timelines.
