Pro Audio Factory delivers both physical studio gear and digital services to clients worldwide. This policy outlines how and when your orders are dispatched and delivered.
 

Physical Products (Pro Audio Gear & Hardware):

• Shipping Coverage: We provide reliable shipping services across India. For international orders, please contact our team directly before placing an order to confirm freight availability and customs regulations.

• Processing Time: All orders for in-stock physical hardware are processed and dispatched within 2 to 3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or national holidays.

• Delivery Timeline: Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 5 to 7 business days for major cities across India. Deliveries to remote areas or during peak holiday seasons may take up to 7 to 10 business days.

• Tracking: A shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and logistics partner details will be sent to you as soon as your package leaves our facility.
   

Digital Products (Software, Plugins, & Licenses)

• Delivery Method: All software products, software license keys, download links, and digital upgrades are delivered entirely electronically. No physical boxes or media are shipped.

• Delivery Timeline: Digital fulfillment is automated. Your activation codes or download links will be sent to your registered email address within 24 hours of successful payment confirmation. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive it within this timeframe.
   

Studio & Post-Production Services

• Delivery timelines for custom audio mixing, mastering, and production projects are mutually agreed upon in writing via your project estimate or invoice.

• Standard turnaround for initial production/mix drafts is 5 to 7 business days from the receipt of all raw audio tracks (stems) and creative briefs. Final masters are delivered digitally via secure, cloud-based download links.
   

Shipping Charges & Customs

• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed clearly at the time of checkout.

• Any customs duties, import taxes, or local clearance fees levied by international borders are the sole responsibility of the customer
