Products and Services:
We offer audio and video post-production services, record label distribution, pro-audio consulting, and the sale of pro-audio hardware and software.
 

Service Delivery: Timelines for post-production and consulting are estimations and rely on the timely submission of materials from the client.

Product Availability: All physical products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason.
 

Pricing and Payments:

• We accept payments via authorized digital payment gateways, UPI, bank transfers (NEFT/IMPS).

• All prices are subject to change without notice.

• You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through our website.

• For custom studio projects, a standard advance payment is required before work commences, as detailed in your specific project invoice or Master Service Agreement.
   

Intellectual Property & Copyrights:

• Client Assets: You guarantee that you hold all necessary licenses and copyrights for any raw audio, vocals, or video submitted to us for post-production.

• Final Deliverables: Upon full clearance of payment, all copyrights for the final post-produced audio/video deliverables are legally transferred to you. No intellectual property is transferred prior to payment clearance.
   

Refunds, Cancellations, and Shipping:
Our policies regarding returns, refunds, cancellations, and shipping are strictly governed by our dedicated Refund & Cancellation Policy and Shipping Policy, which are available on our website. By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you also agree to those policies.
 

Prohibited Activities
You may not access or use the website for any purpose other than that for which we make the site available. The site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.
 

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:
These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes, claims, or actions arising from transactions or services rendered shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kochi, Kerala, India.
