- Process: To initiate a hardware return, please contact us at sales@proaudiofactory.com with your invoice number and video/photographic proof of the defect or damage. Once approved, we will arrange for a pickup or provide shipping instructions.
- Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or Wallet).
