3-Day Return/Replacement Window: We offer a 3-day return or replacement policy solely for physical equipment that arrives damaged during transit or possesses a verifiable manufacturing defect.

Conditions for Return: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the exact same condition that you received it, and must be in its original, un-opened packaging with all seals intact.

Process: To initiate a hardware return, please contact us at sales@proaudiofactory.com with your invoice number and video/photographic proof of the defect or damage. Once approved, we will arrange for a pickup or provide shipping instructions.

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or Wallet).

Refund processing typically takes 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on bank and payment gateway processing timelines.
