- Process: To initiate a hardware return, please contact us at sales@proaudiofactory.com with your invoice number and video/photographic proof of the defect or damage. Once approved, we will arrange for a pickup or provide shipping instructions.
- Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or Wallet).
- Refund processing typically takes 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on bank and payment gateway processing timelines.
- Shipping Coverage: We provide reliable shipping services across India. For international orders, please contact our team directly before placing an order to confirm freight availability and customs regulations.
- Processing Time: All orders for in-stock physical hardware are processed and dispatched within 2 to 3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or national holidays.
